Anne Sinclair eBooks
Anne Sinclair is a rebel anthropologist and a long-time observer of social trends and popular ideosyncrasies. An active explorer of new experiences and understanding, she has interviewed thousands of people over the last twenty years. Her search for an understanding of the relationships between diverse people and cultures continues and she is seeking, through the internet and electronic media, to include her readership in this journey of discovery.
As an observer of dynamic cultural realities, she determined early on that all cultural patterns are created from the interactions of both personal and family culture with the percieved social or tradtional culture surrounding them. Much of that percieved culture is the basis of both our 'facts' and our 'fictions' about ourselves and others. Ms. Sinclair uses her writings to convey these ideas and to provoke her readers into thinking about their own cultural and personal realities.
She is the founder of a movement that is designed to raise social consciousness concerning the realities of women's lives worldwide. But while her focus tends toward women's issues, Ms. Sinclair's goal is to help both men and women resolve the unnecessary conflicts that social structures have created between them. She is convinced that society deliberately pits men and women against each other, just as surely as it pits other social groups against each other. So far, her observations seem to be supported. But she'd rather you be the judge.
