Barbara Karafokas, BSc, MSc. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, has an Executive Certificate in Management from the Henley Management College and a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition from the Clayton College of Natural Health – U.S.A.

She has attended and followed seminars and lectures by motivational speaker Anthony Robbins, the well know raw foodist, Dr. Gabriel Cousens, M.D., and most recently with Neale Donald Walsh, the author of the Conversation With God Series.

She brings a blend of traditions and skills to her practice and teaching.

Barbara for the past ten years has been devoted to spreading the knowledge of a healthy, mostly vegetarian lifestyle, including holistic living, spirituality and care for the environment.

She organizes workshops on various subjects regarding Heliotherapy, Holistic living and Healing and Optimum and Raw Food Nutrition.
