Colleen successfully won a NYS Insurance Arbitration claim, setting precedence for all massage therapists in NYS to receive No-Fault Insurance reimbursement. She has taught Insurance Reimbursement Seminars in NYS for 9 years. She is the author of the book, Success Beyond Work, and a "Management 101" Columnist for Massage Today Newspaper. Colleen has published articles in Massage & Bodywork Magazine,AMTA E-Touch newsletter, and many more publications.

She is co-moderator of "Ask a Massage Therapist" forum for MassageToday.com and a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 14 years.
