Len Arthur BaBus, MSSc

Len is a husband of one, father of four and grandfather of two. His past lives include 20 years of broad-acre farming on Queensland’s western downs. At one time he was working for the Queensland Department of Primary Industries as a farming group’s co-ordinator. Another time he spent a number of years in the landscaping industry in Toowoomba, Queensland’s Garden City perched on the Great Dividing Range west of Brisbane.

Now, in his working life Len Arthur is an environmental scientist employed by a global environment and infrastructure support company. His main roles involve in-field ecological surveying for constraints to major coal and coal seam gas projects in the Surat Basin in Queensland, Australia.

These days he lives in Highfields, Queensland, often spends much of his time in the bush but finds time to write when the motivation strikes. Len has three completed novels with another four in various stages of completion, plus numerous short stories in a number of genres.
