Pamela Ryan started working in the Mortgage Industry in 1985 as a Loan Processor. She worked her way up to a Branch Manager and Senior Underwriter at Countrywide Home Loans, where she worked for 12 years. That is where she gained most of her experience with first time homebuyers, closing hundreds of loans a year and learning all that she could about home loans. he was number one in her area and in her region. Pamela most recently worked as a Vice President for a Mortgage Broker in the Loan Closing Department. She is a VA automatic Underwriter, an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter and has her CA Real Estate Sales License. She has won many awards and received much recognition within the Industry.

Pamela eventually settled down, got married and started a Family. That is where she truly found joy and happiness in her life. Pamela’s Husband Kevin and two Children Connor and Megan were the inspiration for writing Getting Started a guide to Home Loans for Home Buyers. Pamela wanted to help more Families realize the dream of home ownership. She thought that her years of experience could be used to help educate Buyers on the loan process and hopefully simplify the process; to maybe even help a few Families find a way to buy that did not think it was possible. She knows first hand the joy and pride that owning a home can bring to a Family, as well as the security of having a place of your own.
