Enchanta ( 50,000 words) is a newly released

Youngsters Barbara and David Morgan are flown
from their New Jersey home by Wings, a magnificent
Pegasus. The children are transported to Enchanta,
where their mission is to help an old wizard, King Wisher,
reclaim his kingdom.

An earthquake had struck Wisher’s land. Barbaric
Beneathians emerge from the earth and capture
Wisher’s wife, Queen Hope. Without Hope, Wisher
had lost his great magic powers.

Barbara and David must reunite Wisher with his three
magical sons, Pretender, Inventor and Changer.
The six then conduct a daring raid into Beneathia to
rescue Queen Hope. The three magical brothers fool
and defeat the uncivilized Beneathians in a series of
amusing battles and situations.

In the end, goodness triumphs over evil when the
Beneathians are soundly defeated. Wisher is reunited
with Hope and regains his kingdom. Barbara and David
then are magically transported back to New Jersey.
