What the author Arthur D Rosenberg wants to outline in his book, is that people should be more conscious of their behavior at work. This can be done through self control. The techniques explained in this book are doable and easy to understand for any professional in the industry who needs to override his/her own attributions. This is an interesting book and I recommend it.
