I was sorely disappointed when I downloaded this book as I found that the menus were heavily reliant on fish and lean meat, so as a vegetarian I could not really follow them. I tried adapting the menus, but there were so many ingredients and complicated recipes that it was impossible to cook around my work schedule. Secondly I feel like the detox suggestions aren't all even very healthy, but I suppose the book is called "for the rest of us". Overall I expected a better explanation of how to go about creating a menu for yourself.
