Great style
When I saw this book, Great Leaders Grow by Mark Miller and Ken Blanchard, I knew that is going to be a great book, following the path of the bestseller “The secret”. Really insightful, the authors continually raise the problems regarding the human nature, the alienation of leaders from their own purpose, to grow themselves in order to help others grow. Nowadays, is a must for each person to develop continually and this book addresses to all, not only leaders, moreover great leaders. There are several rules that really captivate your interest realizing they were there, but which you never really understood properly. It really gives great insights on how to cope with the continually changing environment around us and I strongly recommend it to everyone that knows they want more from their life.
