Some lovely recipes.

I love using my slow cooker but it only came with a pamphlet containing a few recipes. I had been using and adapting some recipes I found on the internet but I got a bit fed up of them being hit and miss so I thought it was time to invest in a book. I picked this one up because of the price. I had nothing to lose, right? I was so pleased I did. There are some really tasty meals in here and the fact they are 'healthy' is a bonus. Now I can make almost fuss-free meals for my family while knowing that they are good for them too.
