Enlightening

My partner bought this book on her iPhone and I have been sneakily reading it when I can't sleep. She was open about reading it so I'm not too worried about our relationship, which I definitely think has improved since she bought this book. The authors give great advice that really has substance behind it, not the same old rubbish you get from self help books. I have learnt a lot about myself from reading this book, even if I am a bit ashamed to admit it.
