Riot on Sunset Strip

Priore confesses to being obsessed by the rock ‘n’ roll scene in the 60s and 70s, and as such the reader can expect a finely tuned documentation of the ‘riot’ from the title. The language is straight-forward and the images give a full flavour of the hey day of the strip’s superstars and their audience. The Byrds, Frank Zappa, The Doors et al are pinpointed as defining the stage on the strip. An easy, informative read.
