Disappointing

This author of Shattered Innocence did not know Jaycee Lee Dugard, nor did he have any inside information on the case, so the claims that this book is "The Untold Story" are false. This mainly documents the life of Phillip Garrido, the abductor, and not so much about the victim herself. There is another book, written by the mother of Jaycee which I recommend highly, but this one is nothing more than a man writing a book from what he has seen in the news.
