Simply Grilling

It is hard to know where to start! There are so many things I like about this book. I found the recipes to be no-nonsense and unfussy with clear indications of whether the meat for the recipe needs marinating. At a glance I can see if I should have started two hours ago or if i'm good to go. The ingredients are nothing out of the ordinary or easy to substitute, and the recipes themselves are varied. It covers the whole repertoire from dips, sauces and salads, through the main attraction to desserts. A bonus, really, is that although these dishes taste superb done on the barbecue, they still taste so good when cooked inside. The book has a generous presentation with a full-page, full-colour photograph of what the end product should look like which I particularly liked.
