The book The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook for Bipolar Disorder: Using DBT to Regain Control of Your Emotions and Your Life by Van Dijk Sheri was of real help for me. It explains everything very clearly and the technical terms are only a few, which allowes people that just need to educate themselves to do it very easily. If you think that you need to get results from reading this book, you have to take it slowly, to read carefully and explain to you the reason behind doing this. It takes time and effort but it is worth it. I asked the help of a friend to assist me while doing this and I could happily say that I succeeded in coping with my own feelings.
