Drink smartly

Drinking alcohol moderately proved to be healthy according to different studies. Amitava Dasgupta is analyzing this issue in her book The Science of Drinking. This is an informative book that outlines the importance and benefits of drinking moderately. There is a need to distinguish between alcoholism and cleverness and to correct the old misconceptions. Overall, I quite enjoyed the book and its approach to how alcohol affects the mind and body. I think it might be interesting to everyone.
