Swashbuckling but dull in parts

In the days of the Xbox and the Wii this is a book every child should read. However I think many people will find the book a little long winded and in parts difficult to read. Hopefully the excitement of the plot, the adrenaline, treachery, deception and piracy should help to overcome the problems of the old fashioned language and descriptions.
