If you could give only one tip to someone new to yoga, what would that be?
"That it is NOT about flexibility. Yoga dates back over 5000 years to India and the goal of the practices were always to become more aware and enlightened mentally. The physical practices are there to support the health and well being of the vehicle, which happens to be our body."
