'How can I appreciate my country if it were just given to me-unearned," was the thought that inspired a young boy to be given a spiritual and cultural journey to understand what attributes America was made of.

'Captain America," is the nickname given to him by Sandy-a young, nearly deaf girl, who teaches him about his destiny. Through experiences with others, this young man becomes Americanized by the lessons he gains. Love, hatred, betrayal, rage, sacrifice, good, and evil are some of the lessons he learns. 'Something" doesn't want him to complete his journey though.

His journey would come 'full circle" on December 23.if he could make it.
