While parked deep in a national forest with Kelly, the daughter of a Memphis Police Captain, Billy Baxter develops a flat tire. Billy hurries to change the flat to get Kelly home by her midnight curfew. Billy realizes that he left his jack handle in the forest and scrambles back to retrieve it. Back in the forest Billy hears a low flying aircraft getting closer and closer. Worriedly watching the plane skim the tree line, Billy hears something crash through the trees. Billy's curiosity of the object catapults him into his transformation in which sinister pranks and games are used by psychotic characters to initiate him into the Syndicate.
