This eBook, available exclusively through Barnes & Noble Digital, is Part One of the WingMakers story: The Ancient Arrow Project. While it may seem closer to science fiction than reality, WingMakers is based on real events and people. Names and places have been modified, but the settings, events, personalities, technologies, motivations, conflicts, and, most importantly, the identity of the WingMakers, is authentic. The information is obtained through a process called Sensory Bi-Location (SBL) used by James. The story begins when students from the University of New Mexico discover a strange artifact while hiking near an ancient site called Chaco Canyon. Through a sequence of mysterious events, this artifact ends up in the hands of the ACIO, an ultra-secret, unacknowledged department of the National Security Agency responsible for reverse-engineering recovered extraterrestrial technologies.
