Q: Why should I use the

Q: How do I install eReader on my PDA?
A:
Follow these steps:

1. Un-zip the file you downloaded with a program such as WinZip (www.winzip.com.)

2. Launch the Palm Desktop tool.

3. On the left-hand side of the application window you will see "Install." Click on "Install."

NOTE: On Mac Palm Desktop select "Install Handheld Files..." from the HotSync menu.

4. A dialog box will pop up. Click on "Add."

5. Browse to the files you unzipped. Select eReader.prc (double-click on it).

6. Click "Done." Then click OK.

7. HotSync your Palm OS device as you normally do.

Note to first-time customers:
You will initially find eReader under "Unfiled" applications.


Q: How do I get eBooks from my computer onto my Palm?
A:
HotSync your eBooks.

1. Double click on the eBook that you downloaded.

2. A little window will pop up asking you to choose a user. Select your user, then click OK.

3. Now you'll be in the Install Tool. The file you double-clicked on should show up in the white area.

4. Click the Done button in the lower right corner.

5. Perform a HotSync on your PDA.


Q: My eBook is requesting that I enter
Purchaser's Name and Unlock Code but I don't remember what they are.

You can login to the View Orders area to retrieve them.


Q: I Hot Synced my eBook to my Palm, but now I can't find it.
A:
Do you have any reader software on your Palm? If not, install eReader.
