Iris wants to be
America's Next Author!

I am a sixteen year old who loves to read, write, and draw. Anime is a big part of my life and I love my friends more than anything. I love to get feed back on my writing. I hope others will be able to connect with my writing and that I might be able to inspire others to write.

Story: Fateful Meeting.

I loved Fateful Meeting; it reminded me a little of Quentin Tarantino’s ‘From Dusk Till Dawn.’ Sure, there were some errors, but they can be fixed. What matters most is you wrote a well rounded story, with good narrative pull, and a great message of love and acceptance of those who are different.

I know it is sometimes hard to let your stories leave your possession, but, find someone you trust to proof read for you. There are a lot of words missing that someone who isn't as familiar with the work might notice. Also you switch your point of view at odd times. It is fine to tell a story from two different points of view, but be consistent and give both characters equal time. I would have loved to see more dialogue between the characters and not just inner thoughts of the characters.
