Papa Romeo

Writing has always been something I enjoyed; creating worlds on paper to be redesigned eloquently and subtly different in the reader's mind is a rush like no other. My education is limited to high school and the things I've learned in the military thus far. I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, for 19 years before going to basic training in the fall of 2011. I've been stationed in three bases since, made some great friends, lost contact with others, and learned more in the past year than I thought possible in a lifetime. It's bittersweet maturing at, what I assume to be, an alacritous rate, but I'm sure in the end there isn't an outcome better than the one I'm reaching.

It's a really lovely story. The words flows nicely and it captures your attention. However, some sentences are too long or a little akward; they could have been revised. Still, the characters are endearing and and the story story is beutiful. It's a great read!

Just adorable! This story sucked me in and kept me interested through the end. I even teared up a bit. A great read! If you get a chance check out my story This Girl and a Bartender, thanks!

This was a beautiful story with real emotion. Papa has brilliant flashes of prose, moments where the words flow beautifully and lend emotion to the story. There are also some moments where the prose is slightly awkward; I think if he worked with an editor to revise it, those passages could be easily fixed. This story has my vote!
