The title of this book perfectly describes the content. In Motiv8n' U, Staci Boyer is telling the story of her life and what she learnt from her experiences. It is a great motivational book for everyone and it is mainly based on the Maslow's needs pyramid. It is a great way to understand your psychological approach to each experience in your life. I feel this is valuable as you can repeatedly go back to the references made by Boyer whenever you feel demotivated. It is truly inspiring!
